Mark Gustafson CEO and Director of Torrent Energy Corporation received a BBA from Wilfred Laurier University and received his CA with Price Waterhouse in 1983. Since becoming CEO and Director he has also assumed the interim position of Chief Financial Officer and has previously held numerous senior positions in both private and public oil and gas, and oilfield service companies, notably EnServ Corporation (acquired by Precision Drilling - NYSE: PDS) and Total Energy Services (TSX: TOT.)

Based upon his previous experience as a CEO and CFO at several significant public companies, he rapidly identifies with the needs and challenges facing the executives of companies that are attempting to grow their businesses. Mark ties the financial model with people and capital in order to directly assist clients in completing an acquisition, funding or disposition of their business. He has a strong preference for working with clients in the oil & gas and industrial sectors, successfully integrating acquisitions while at the same time applying an expansion strategy that focuses on maximizing shareholder value.
